Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager / Coordinator
to support end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, primarily within theAI/ML
andFinancial Crime Compliance (KYC / Transaction Monitoring)
domains. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track full project delivery lifecycle -- from initiation to closure. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, milestones, and risk registers. Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management and program steering committees. Coordinate with diverse technical teams including
AI/ML engineers, data scientists, compliance SMEs, and business analysts
. Monitor dependencies, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues or blockers. Support governance activities and maintain structured project documentation. Ensure stakeholder communication, alignment, and timely escalation when necessary.Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years' experience in
project coordination / project management
, preferably inAI/ML
orFinancial Crime Compliance (FCC, KYC, TM)
projects. Strong understanding ofdata-driven solution delivery
andtechnology implementation cycles
. Experience in managingmulti-stakeholder, large-scale programs
. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Prior consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous. *Certifications
such asPMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master)
are preferred.
