Description:
- Co-ordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Work alongside project manager on project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/TM) domains.
- Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are desirable.
