Job Description

As a Project Manager cum Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, while also providing design expertise. Your duties will include project management, design development, budget management, scheduling, site supervision, reporting, stakeholder management, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initial concept design to construction completion.
• Participate in design meetings, coordinate with architects and engineers, and manage the design process to ensure it meets the client\'s needs and adheres to Singapore\'s building codes and regulations.
• Create project budgets and manage expenses throughout the project to ensure that it stays within budget and maximizes value for the client.
• Manage on-site activities, supervise construction crews and subcontractors, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and provide regular project updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that their needs are met throughout the project
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including complying with Singapore\'s safety regulations and environmental laws.
• Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, and ensure that all team members are working together effectively, safely, and efficiently.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and design in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Knowledge of Singapore\'s building codes, regulations, and safety laws.
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, is a plus.
