Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and Data Engineering projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and product owners. Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies. Work with stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and manage change requests effectively. Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

12 years of total experience

, with at least

3-5 year managing AI/ML or Data Engineering projects as technical PM

. Proven experience in managing projects using

Agile/Scrum

or

Hybrid

methodologies. Strong understanding of

AI/ML lifecycle

Data Pipelines

ETL processes

,

Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

, and

Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, etc.)

. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience using

project management tools

(e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Asana).

Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language for executive stakeholders

. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification. Exposure to

MLOps, Model Governance, or DataOps frameworks.
