Wealth and Personal Banking has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project Manager, Data Analytics and CRM, South and Southeast Asia.Principal Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. The role requires interaction with a range of internal stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously
• Extract information from various levels of the organization to identify core problems and needs
• Set up cross functional project teams to design and implement solutions and control framework
• Lead project planning sessions to framework problem statement and drive alignment on success metrics
• Coordinate staff and internal resources to optimize capacity in line with business imperatives
• Manage project progress and provide timely update to key stakeholders
• Drive change management to minimize impact on stakeholders and adoption post migration

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Computing, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in data and analytics related domain
• Comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the ability to independently formulate problem statement and test hypotheses
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to navigate and collaborate with cross-functional global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
