Job Description
A privately held property investment company with business interests in real estate property development. Their business interests span across Asia through either partnership collaborations or direct investments
The Role:
- You will be responsible for project management of residential, commercial or hotel projects and in addition carry out architectural and interior design works
- Carry out pre-tender feasibilities for land acquisition
- Propose architectural and interior design options for residential, commercial and hotel projects\xe2\x80\x99
- Lead, manage, co-ordinate with consultants, contractors and site staff and be responsible for the execution of projects, scheduling, contract procurement & administration, site management to completion of project and defects liability periodInspect works in progress to ensure quality and compliance with drawings, specifications and authority requirement.
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 7 years\' design and project management experience with architecture firms or property developers in residential, commercial and hotel projects
- Conversant with planning and building regulations
- Have a keen eye for design and up to date on latest trends
