Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.
• Oversee the design, development, and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure on-site compliance with safety, health, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule.
• Manage the project budget, including cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Prepare regular status reports on the project, covering schedule, financial performance, and risk management.
• Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, and technical challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities and approvals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction
• Proven experience in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, as well as environmental and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with government agencies or large infrastructure clients.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
