1. Campaign/Project Management
Consistent and accurate use of the company's proprietary campaign management system.
Delivery of campaigns according to the company's and industry best practice standards.
Creation of campaign specific project timetables ensuring that all relevant internal and external parties are aligned.
Adherence to SCOR's internal project management methodology.
Creation, communication and adherence to project timetables.
Creation of required briefing documents for internal and external purposes.
Data management and enhancement adhering to country specific legislation, SCOR's global and best practice guidelines.
Development of creative material for assigned projects, presentation to and obtaining approval from clients for all aspects - this includes negotiating copy and respecting ReMark's creative standards - ensuring all components are proofread and compliant with standards.
Ensure delivery of quality outputs across all channels - responsible for approval of relevant steps in print production, online materials; ongoing quality monitoring and delivery of defined quality assurance standards.
Collaborate fully with all internal resources/departments as appropriate.
Perform daily stand-ups and maintain tasks and roadmap for internal development team
Spec out document the digital aspects of products
Detail out and update functional/technical documentation.
Closely monitor performance of external parties and vendors as necessary to achieve agreed targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Support the line manager and pro-actively engage with the client to maintain and develop key client relationships.
Build and maintain a day-to-day relationship with key clients to support projects and ongoing campaigns.
Provide support to line manager for presentations, strategy documents and meetings as required.
3. Front Office Support
Support the Asia countries (China and South Asia) in new business development initiatives such as presentation and proposal preparation as well as RFP process.
Required Experiences
Bachelor Degree in relevant field with a minimum of 5 years' experience with at least 3 years working in a digital solutions provider.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in digital marketing (SEM, media planning/buying, social media, performance marketing, events and on-ground marketing, and marketing strategy)
Ideally PMI or PMP certified
* SCRUM master certified highly advantageous
