About the job:

While Synpulse Singapore has a hybrid work policy, this role involves integrating with client teams and their specific work arrangements for successful project delivery. We look for candidates who can seamlessly adapt.
This role placement, which could be contractual, depends on your skillset, interview performance and the client project you are assigned to. We will provide full details about your client engagement and employment type before your start date.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in digital wallets, digital customer journeys, card fraud management, and card processing systems. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver innovative and secure digital payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital wallet and card-related initiatives Collaborate with product, engineering, fraud, and compliance teams to define project scope and timelines Drive the design and implementation of digital customer journeys with a focus on user experience and security Coordinate project timelines with card processors and third-party vendors Monitor and mitigate risks related to card fraud and transaction security Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals

About you:

Comfortable to commit to a 6-month contract. Extension and/or renewal depends on your performance and client engagement with the business. Must be currently based in Singapore and require no work pass to start work Degree holder At least 10 years of experience in roles of similar capacity and domain knowledge Proven experience managing projects in digital payments, especially digital wallets Strong understanding of card processing systems and fraud detection mechanisms Experience in designing or optimizing digital customer journeys Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
