We are looking for a
Project Manager
with strong experience in
digital marketing, events, and stakeholder engagement
, who can bridge technical and business teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage multiple stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of digital products and platforms.
Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
Plan, organize, and deliver events, workshops, and webinars to promote product usage and community growth.
Build brand awareness through digital campaigns, reports, and targeted outreach.
Develop engaging content such as newsletters, email campaigns, and digital collaterals.
Monitor campaign effectiveness using data and analytics, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Source and manage marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Liaise with cross-functional teams -- including product managers, developers, designers, and analysts -- to align marketing and adoption initiatives.
Handle stakeholder feedback, user queries, and ongoing improvement efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in
digital marketing
, including email, content, and social media campaigns.
Experience in
event management
(planning and execution of workshops, webinars, or community events).
Demonstrated ability to
develop and manage marketing programs
that drive growth and adoption.
Strong skills in
project management and cross-functional coordination
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear user or marketing messages.
Proficient in design or content creation tools (e.g.
Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva
).
Strong time management, creativity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in digital marketing, communications, or project management.
Experience working in
public sector or large-scale enterprise environments
.
Data-driven, proactive, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
