Project Manager (Digital Signage, AV Systems and IT)

Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Depending on Project)

Working Hour: 9:00am -6:00pm

Working Location: Ubi, Singapore

Salary: $3,500 -$6,000

The Project Manager is to oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. The Project Manager will work closely with the clients, team members, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project requirements, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, clients, and team members.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust project plans and schedules as needed to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring that appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
• Manage project change requests and scope creep, ensuring that project scope is controlled and managed effectively.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Provide project leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure work safety and work at height processes are followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the digital signage, interactive touch system, video display systems or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management, including project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management is an advantage.
• Work at height supervisor and/or safety supervisor certification.
• Working knowledge of AV, computer networking and/or electrical system;
• Possess M&E or Civil and construction industry experience is an advantage.
