Job Description

1. Project management, to ensure delivery of projects on time and budget, with a focus on business and customer outcomes.
2. Be part of a team to plan, manage and execute the implementation of the Deposits and Payments system projects and enhancements.
3. Work with the Deposits & Payments team on defining the user requirements for the system implementation and ensuring the functional specifications built is per user requirements.
4. Support the team in the planning and execution of projects, including the managing and tracking of the allocated budget.
5. A team player who collaborates and works effectively with other business/ support units, across various functions.
6. Coordinate and organise activities involving many different stakeholders.
7. Establish and review test scenarios and test cases, to facilitate the testing prior to live implementation of the system.
8. Willing to work during non-office hours when required, to support system-related activities.
9. Experience in managing projects involving implementation of systems.
10. Experience in Banking industry preferred.
11. Proven project/ process management and problem-solving skills.
12. Meticulous in tracking and follow up.
13. Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Ability to think strategically and implement effectively.
15. Able to work under timeline pressures and able to multi-task effectively.
16. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
