Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
1. Planning & Coordination
Define project goals, timelines, and resources needed.
Schedule tasks and assign work to electricians, IT techs, and security installers.
2. Budget Control
Estimate costs and track spending to stay within budget.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for best prices.
3. Team & Client Management
Lead workers and ensure they follow safety and quality standards.
Update clients on progress and handle their concerns.
4. Technical Supervision
Check designs (electrical plans, network layouts, security setups).
Ensure proper installation of wiring, cameras, access control, etc.
5. Quality & Safety
Inspect work to meet industry codes (electrical, data, security standards).
Fix issues and prevent hazards (electrical faults, cyber risks, system failures).
6. Reporting & Handover
Keep records (permits, test results, manuals).
Deliver final project with training for users
