Job Description

Lead of planning, manage, and execute electrical installation works for building and industrial projects. Review the electrical designs, schematics, and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, workers and contractors. Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and approvals. Develop and manage Project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Overall monitor progress and implement corrective actions to stay on track. Ensure accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and variation order. Prepare and submit progress claims and project documentation to main contractors and clients. Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Manage and resolve technical issues on site. Ensure compliance with BCA and workplace safety standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, construction, or M&E project management. Having Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Engineering or related field will be an advantage Familiar with progress claim submission and project cost control. Good understanding of BCA, MOM, and safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
