As part of your role as Project Manager, you have the experience on the following:
Project management skills and experience in an international, multicultural environment
5 - 10 years of relevant experience with a degree in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering or other relevant role
Provide specialist input to Energy projects including Interconnector, future fuels - Hydrogen/Ammonia, or Renewable Energy
Interface with clients at all levels, manage contractual relationships and respond to business opportunities
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating specialist discipline input from the rest of the organisation as required
Ensure projects are set up and completed according to the Mott MacDonald quality assurance system
Excellent communication and writing skills
Travel at short notice as required by projects and/or business opportunities.

In the Energy sector in Mott MacDonald, we continue to support our Clients in roles such as Owner\'s Technical Advisory (feasibility studies, conceptual engineering, tender support), Owner\'s Engineer, detailed design as well as Independent Engineer/Lenders\' Technical Advisory (technical due diligence, operational reviews and technical audits) globally.
You\'ll get to experience projects from conception to completion and operation and will provide engineering inputs from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility, due diligence, construction monitoring, and operation monitoring.
You\'ll also be reviewing and preparing technical and non-technical reports including specifications, proposals, designs, calculations and contracts.
There will also be technical tender support, actively assisting with business development and client management.
We work as an integrated, global network so you will get the chance to work alongside other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary project team giving you an understanding of projects from different technology perspectives. This means we look for consultants with genuine curiosity and a deep understanding of energy projects.
