Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the organization, planning, and execution of engineering projects by developing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes. Identify and resolve project-related issues by providing technical guidance and hands-on support to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project plans, designs, and technical documentation. Ensure full compliance with engineering standards, industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality control requirements throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders--including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies--to facilitate effective communication, seamless coordination, and smooth execution of all project activities. Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of project resources, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, equipment management, and procurement of materials. Collaborate closely with manufacturing and factory teams to recommend and implement enhancements in product design, production processes, and packaging, driving cost-efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. * Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or senior management, contributing to the achievement of broader departmental and organizational objectives.
