Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT program management from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to define and implement target architecture.
• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring delivery coordination and governance.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional coordination for onboarding, capacity planning, and delivery assurance.
• Oversee the testing process for the front-to-finance chain, ensuring functionality and compliance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, running program governance meetings, steering committees, and operational committees.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Monitor program performance, generate status reports, and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of transversal architecture in Capital Markets.
• Proficiency in conducting technical analysis on system interfaces and proposing resolutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the trade life cycle, including booking, settlement, and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
• Experience in matrix organizations, managing cross-functional teams.
• Specific exposure to equity derivatives trade processing systems implementation.
• Proven expertise in managing large transversal IT programs with budgets of 2-3 million euros.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience in financial services.
