Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to lead and manage facade projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver facade projects that meet client expectations.


Job Scope:


Manage and coordinate facade design, procurement, and installation processes Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and construction quality Conduct site visits and monitor facade installation works Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and claims Facilitate project close-out and warranty activities
Job Requirements:


Minimum 5 years of experience in facade project management, preferably in Singapore Strong understanding of facade design, materials, and installation methods Proven track record of managing facade projects from inception to completion Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and risk management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Proficiency in MS Office and project management software Knowledge of local building regulations and codes, including Singapore Building Code Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Desirable Requirements:


Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and facade design software Knowledge of lean construction principles and practices * Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
