& Requirements

Plan, execute, supervise, coordinate and monitor project management works, renovation, A&A, infrastructure Improvement and upgrading related works to the Company Proactively identify problems and design practical, scalable solutions to keep projects moving. Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure quality standard of work and on-time delivery of materials according to schedule/design specification. Oversee and monitor project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule. Attend / Conduct project meetings with operations team / clients / consultants, contractors Liaise closely with main and sub-contractors, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure smooth execution of project works. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. Providing regular progress updates and reports to the management Work closely with leadership and key teams to align priorities, provide project visibility, and remove bottlenecks. Prepare and manage the budget allocated to the project
Job Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience in project management / Building works / facilities management / A&A works etc. Have prior experience in F&B Group or restaurant related project works is an advantage. Comfortable using project management tools and making data-backed decisions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
