Job Description

• Position : Project Manager (Furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
• Location : Central/ Bugis
• Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the various types of Furniture, fixtures, and equipment, Joinery & Fit-out
• Day-to-day project management, including liaison with all parties involved in the project (Architects, Designer, Consultant, Main & Sub Contractors, suppliers, and other internal teams, etc)
• Preparing Quotation and Tender documents for projects
• Preparation of work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress is smoothly & completed within target time and budget
• Arrange submission of plans to authorities for approval and arrange inspections
• Attend site meetings

Requirements:

• Education in Furniture Design, Industrial/Product Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the furniture industry, interior fit-out works, joinery works, and carpentry works preferred.
• Able to read Interior & Furniture technical drawings and translates them to construction drawing.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, Word, and Excel
