Job Description

a) To do planning and manage the project to meet contract period and budget.

b) To coordinate and attend Client & Consultant meeting and other relevant parties for smooth execution of the works.

c) Any other works and task directed by Company such as attend tender interview, company audit meeting and etc.

d) Involve and handle projects assign by Company.

e) Manage the weekly site meeting with site team, sub-contractor and supplier for smooth the execution of works and make sure sub-contractor and supplier complete theirs works and tasks under the agreed contract signed.

f) To check site team on documentation such as follow up and submit relevant documents such as RFI, RFA, Shop Drawings with project team and submit on time.

g) To follow up Project Extension of Time Claim due to any delay of project.

h) To check and make sure site team compile all relevant documents with site daily report, weekly report, all relevant application form submitted to Client & Consultant, latest & previous schedule of programme and etc with keep a master file at site.

i) To reply all the relevant and follow up all received email by all parties involved in the project handle and keep your superior email in the loop.

j) To guide and advise QS for negotiate with sub-contractor and supplier to ensure quotation or pricing given are under project budget.

k) Manage project engineer, site coordinator, site supervisor and workers works to meet project requirement.

*Prefer experience for Private Industry & Residence Construction Project - Landed Property & Factory

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
