Summary The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Project Manager Governance & Digital transformation to ensure effective ways of working across the Digital Services teams serving our ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit. This role is critical to linking the Regional Product Development & Support Team to the Operating Unit Product Owners & Analysts to ensure committed work is delivered and will also be part of the global governance community. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do for Us The Project Manager Governance & Digital Transformation key responsibilities are: Governance \xe2\x80\x93 Planning, Portfolio Management & Communication
Establish operating routines to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to meet agreed objectives.
Ensure Agile DevOps (ADO) tools methodologies are deployed and used consistently
Partner with product delivery leads to ensure sustained quality, high performance, portfolio delivery through team engagement, people development and capability building
Partner with colleagues across operating unit and functional teams to ensue projects and products are delivered by leveraging existing work rather than building solutions in silos
Collaborate with digital services leads to ensure capacity is allocated in line with the Operating Unit Annual Plan priorities
Help executing Portfolio Planning & Tracking including Executive Portfolio Summary Creation, Quarterly Reviews, Integrated Roadmap creation, Dependency management, Risk Management
Help managing all financials associated with projects and operations
Monitor health of regional portfolio of project and products through reporting & analytics
Partner with Procurement on Vendor contracts and management as needed
Coordinate, plan, and deliver transformation and change management activities and associated communication.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate assessment and remediation activities, change management and communications.
Digital Transformation
Collaborate with Global Digital Services Lead, OU business teams, digital product teams, and IT delivery teams to drive the digital transformation that deliver business value and quality user experience for the Operating Unit.
Identify and manage the requirements, planning & overall delivery of assigned transformation projects
Help driving continuous improvement activities & putting right processes to refine the approach and tactics for performance, delivery success, client satisfaction, and team engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field or equivalent required
3+ of IT management experience
Data, Digital or IT Product Management and Agile/ DevOps experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills; facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels
Demonstrated ability to understand technical approach & drive technical discussions
Proven analytical skills - can process information quickly to drive decisions in a timely manner
Functional experience in Procurement and/ or Commercial business domains
Comfort in holding team members accountable for achieving their goals
Leads by example, creates a sense of urgency, energy and ownership
Strong sense of self- awareness, can relate well, learn quickly and adapt to changes in fast paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
Experience working in multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams
Knowledge of COBIT\\ITIL governance framework
