Project Manager, Group Project Management (OCBC Property Services) - (220001CH)

• Initiate, plan, coordinate and manage all assigned projects
• Lead in all stages of projects from feasibility studies, conceptualisation, schematic design, costing, scheduling, detail design, tender documentation, execution to handover and defects management
• Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
• Manage all project related variation works & cost
• Knowledgeable on relevant authorities’ requirement and to work with consultants to secure all necessary clearances required
• Lead, manage and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and other supporting units to deliver results
• Assist the team in other matters which are required by the department such as vendor on-boarding, formalisation of contracts, benchmarking and cost analysis
• Responsible for project expense tracking and budget planning
• Familiarise and comply with all SOPs and policies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction / Building & Project Management / Engineering in real estate
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the field of Project Management in real estate and asset enhancement initiatives. Experience in M&E AEI will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Commercial and Retail Fit-out/ Reno projects
• Knowledge in construction and project management reporting / documentation
• Independent and excellent team player
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Familiar in authority / statutory requirements
• Knowledge of AutoCad skills will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
