  • Assist in planning and driving critical and strategic operations at HQ.
  • Plan, drive, and implement all required diagnostic services for new and redeveloped polyclinics.
  • Support co-chairs in delivering KPIs for Critical/Strategic Operations workgroups.
  • Coordinate with IT departments to implement business unit initiatives, projects, and work plans.
  • Develop project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet deliverables within the timeframe.
The Talent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, with strong operations management leadership.
  • At least 3 years of combined experience in operations and project management, especially in healthcare facility startups.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Resourceful, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare operations and/or IT industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Power BI, and other software is a plus.
