Adecco is collaborating with a leading healthcare provider in Singapore that offers comprehensive patient care, research, and education across multiple hospitals and specialty centers.They are seeking a Project Manager in Facilities Development with experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management. • Engage users to conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
• Lead the design development phase of projects.
• Oversee the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project implementation.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and Permits to Work during the construction stage.
• Manage and oversee consultants and contractors to ensure services are delivered according to contract terms.
• Develop project governance policies and processes.
• Establish technical standards for cluster infrastructure projects.
• Lead and execute special projects or tasks as directed by the reporting office.

The Talent

• Master\'s degree in Architecture with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or Estate with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety, and Workplace Safety Health requirements.
• Strong project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting; knowledge of 3D SketchUp software is advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt in a dynamic working environment.
