Engage users to conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
Lead the design development phase of projects.
Oversee the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project implementation.
Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and Permits to Work during the construction stage.
Manage and oversee consultants and contractors to ensure services are delivered according to contract terms.
Develop project governance policies and processes.
Establish technical standards for cluster infrastructure projects.
Lead and execute special projects or tasks as directed by the reporting office.
The Talent
Master\'s degree in Architecture with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or Estate with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
Knowledge of Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety, and Workplace Safety Health requirements.
Strong project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting; knowledge of 3D SketchUp software is advantageous.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt in a dynamic working environment.
