Job Responsibilities:

Hands-on and manage existing projects from beginning to hand-over stage. Plan and schedule project phases to ensure every stages meet the project timeline. Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate manpower to optimize resource utilization. Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates. Monitor and follow up construction progress stages and progress claims. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Identify issues and provide solutions to the project team to resolve them. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output. Evaluate and approve changes that have a substantial impact on project scope, budget, or schedule Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Attended site meeting with main contractor, consultant, architect and client. Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and conduct client training during handover. Uphold compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements throughout project execution.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in building construction, specializing in Mechanical discipline. Good communication skills, people oriented and technically inclined. Demonstrate good leadership style. Independence and a problem-solver. Possesses proven track records of past projects in meeting the deadlines.
