This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Singapore at Qian Shan Group. The Project Manager will be responsible for
Project planning, execution and management of the new/current renovation project of the F&B outlet/ office
Detailed understanding of all project information and drawings design required for the renovation project
Ensure the design practical, scalable solutions to keep projects from running smoothly
Ensure all necessary permits required for the project are applied
Work closely with main and sub contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project within budget and with good quality and highlight any discrepancy in the project and rectify it
Responsible for achieving goals, timelines and budget within the Management expectation
Conduct risk management and safety checks for all project sites
Work closely with leadership and key teams to align priorities, provide project visibility, and remove bottlenecks.
Define and track success metrics, ensuring projects deliver measurable business impact.
Any other ad-hoc activities required by the Management
