What the role is:IT TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT The Project Manager (PM) shall focus on the technical requirements, functional solutions and operations aspects of the project. The PM shall be involved in the technical planning, coordination, implementation and shall also provide technical support for ongoing operations.What you will be working on:

• Manages the infrastructure services that enable the application system environment. Includes Patch Management, Asset Management for System and such. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports application architecture design integration, acceptance, and infrastructure performance testing \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs on-boarding process (design, setup, configuration, implementation, testing and commissioning of infrastructure components) \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops Infrastructure and System Standard Operating Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Architecture, Hardening Standards for OS, database, user guides, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports Incident and Problem Management in areas not covered in standard operating procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has experience in system architecture, resource planning, infrastructure performance and system hosting environment from server hardware up to OS layer (including Virtualization technology and Storage) to support of new applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses strong understanding of operating system environment to ensure smooth and sustainable operations, including resiliency requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate supporting documents and assist in invoice/payment processing, budget forecast and expenditure.

What we are looking for:

• 5 to 7 years of IT Technical PM experience, preferably experience in Singapore Government IT projects and possesses some relevant healthcare domain knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in .NET or J2EE, Sun Solaris 11, Oracle Database, MS SQL Database, IIS and Weblogic, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 ITILv3 Certified, and preferably certification in project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work \xe2\x80\xa2 PM with relevant experience in supporting Operating System technologies and Virtualization platforms (e.g. Windows, Solaris, and AIX) will be an added advantage.
