Job Description


Job PurposeTo coordinate, organise, expedite, execute, and manage the Depot, Stations and Viaduct interfacing and integration for RTS Link Project to ensure the execution is within time, within cost and at the desired performance by utilising the available resources effectively and efficiently. To mitigating risks and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve the objective in alignment with the company\'s business needs.Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive Scope of Works, Technical Specifications, and Employer\'s Requirements for project tender documents, minimizing potential for variations and disputes.
  • Participate in workshops during all design phases of the RTS Link System.
  • Lead coordination and resolve integration issues between system works and infrastructure.
  • Manage project execution by subordinates, ensuring smooth implementation through regular follow-ups and discussions.
  • Collaborate with inter-division project committees (Legal, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance in tender documents.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including Grantors and consultants, to verify information accuracy on the RTS Link System.
  • Manage third-party relations with local authorities and other affected parties.
  • Participate in tender evaluations and prepare reports to select suitable contractors transparently.
  • Ensure contractors comply with and submit all essential contractual documentation and pre-conditions.
  • Monitor project progress, implement improvements, manage contractor claims, and oversee contract delivery and project close-out.
  • To assist the Head of Units (HOU), as and when required.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering. or Civil)
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a project management role within the transportation sector, preferably with experience within the rail industry
  • Experience with implementing new technologies or operational systems within transportation.
