Job Description
Position: Construction Manager (2x positions)Department: Infrastructure Planning and Development:You will be working with Head (Infrastructure Planning & Development) to drive the construction of building and infrastructure projects to successful completion and handover to the users.Job Responsibilities: * Oversee the planning, execution and completion of construction works for the building and infrastructure projects;
- Monitor projects closely to ensure project compliance to contract specifications, safety/authorities\' regulations, quality workmanship and timely completion;
- Work closely with a team of consultants and contractors to achieve desired outcomes;
- Carry out site inspections and progress meetings regularly;
- Handover to the users upon completion of construction; and
- Perform any other duties assigned in the Department.

- Ability to write and communicate well
- Able to work independently and under pressure in fast-tracked projects
- At least 15 years of proven working experience in project/construction management in building or interior design works.
- Experience in healthcare sector and/or facilities management (maintenance) and/or Mechanical & Electrical engineering know-how will be an advantage.
