Project manager - IT Contract logistics (Permanent, Changi)

Responsibilities

To tak e full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines)

To be responsible for full project including budget: Plans and monitors the project budget and resources

To identifie, assess and manage risks to the success of the project

To ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders, consistent with the methods in use (agile, waterfall, etc.)

To manage the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off

To provide effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerance

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with 3 years in logistic operations

Experience in solution design (from a business perspective) and the writing of Business Requirement Statements to instruct IT on required changes

Logistics experience in logistics operations, solution design, systems, implementations and projects, preferably with returns/spares logistics and/or domestic distribution.

Experience in handling customer accounts in Hi-tech industry

Prince II accreditation preferred

Flexible to travel for business trip s
