initiatives? We're looking for someone who thrives on planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and decisions. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and resource utilization. Proactively identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely status reports to leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience managing IT or software development projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Asana, is an advantage Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams is an advantage.
