• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion according to scope and within allocated budget.
• Responsible for interfacing and engaging customers on a regular basis to follow up on project progress and status.
• Responsible to support the bid manager during tender/prospect bids on managing overall project resources and schedule.
• Responsible for interfacing with internal supporting resources including procurement, legal, finance and QA on project matters wherever necessary.
• Tasks include but not limited to project planning, project resources allocation, budget preparation, progress monitoring and reporting, risk management and keeping all (internal/external) stakeholders updated on project progress and status.
• Joint responsibility with business owner for the delivery of the planned revenue target.
• Responsible for managing sub-contractor(s) and tracking the work progress.
• Responsible for project closure and coordination for proper hand-over to maintenance team.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Engineering Field
• Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the local defence industry is an advantage.
• Proven success player as an independent, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually.
• Able to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills (oral/written) and presentation ability.
