The Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to lead our interior design projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone in the growth phase of their design career -- confident in leading project delivery, yet eager to evolve alongside a passionate, fast-paced team.

You'll serve as the vital link between our clients, design team, and site contractors, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle -- from kick-off to handover -- ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Liaise closely with designers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate schedules, materials, and execution. Oversee site progress, quality control, and troubleshoot on-site issues in real time. Prepare, review, and track project documentation including quotations, contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Ensure alignment between design intent, client expectations, and site implementation. Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines to avoid overruns or delays. Regularly update internal stakeholders and escalate critical issues as needed.

Who We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields. 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design or construction project management. Looking to take on greater responsibility and ownership in a collaborative design setting. Strong communication and coordination skills -- both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Able to multitask and manage several ongoing projects under tight timelines. Team player with a solution-driven mindset and a strong eye for detail. Familiarity with interior construction processes, materials, and vendor management.
