About the Role

Lead end-to-end project delivery across building and

MEP

scopes. You'll manage subcontractors, designers and site supervisors, control cost and schedule, resolve site issues, and drive quality to a successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project teams (subcons, designers, site supervisors) to meet scope, timeline, cost and quality targets Plan resources (manpower/equipment/materials); maintain look-ahead schedules Review drawings/specs; chair coordination meetings; issue minutes and action logs Monitor cost, variations and progress; prepare reports and client updates Resolve site issues promptly; ensure safety, QA/QC and compliance with approvals Supervise testing/commissioning and

final acceptance & handover

Requirements

Degree

in Engineering/Construction/Project Management (or equivalent)

?3 years

project management experience in building/fit-out/

MEP

works

HVAC (air-conditioning) project experience

strongly preferred; water or electrical project exposure is also relevant Experience on

government/institutional (e.g., hospital)

projects is an advantage Proficient with

AutoCAD

and

Microsoft Office

; familiarity with PM tools (e.g., MS Project/Primavera) Strong stakeholder management, coordination and problem-solving skills Able to work on-site in Singapore
