About the job:

As a Manager/Management Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end technology implementation projects, including core banking system upgrades, digital transformation initiatives and regulatory technology projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure projects adhere to banking regulations, data security policies, and compliance requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, third-party vendors, and senior management. Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to ensure project success. Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives. Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive project efficiency and adaptability. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and implement lessons learned. Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure effective delivery. Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and impact analysis to key stakeholders.

About you:

Degree holder. At least 10 years of project management experience within banking, financial services, compliance, or digital transformation. Strong subject-matter expertise in KYC, AML, CLM, onboarding, due diligence, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience delivering digital transformation, workflow automation, client onboarding systems, or compliance technology upgrades. Experience working with CLM platforms is a definite advantage. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across senior and operational levels. Relevant Certifications (Preferred); PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ICA / ACAMS (Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance), Lean Six Sigma (Process optimisation), Change Management (Prosci). Cloud or Digital certifications (AWS, Azure, or similar) are an advantage.
