Project Manager (Main Contractor)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Location: Unity Centre, 51 Bukit Batok Crescent Singapore-658 077

Salary: $6500-$7500

We are construction main contractor with ongoing projects in and around Jurong island, Tuas and mainland Singapore. We are looking for a dynamic, confident, proactive, and motivated Project Manager to join our energetic & growing team.

:

• Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
• Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Quality assurance.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Building & construction, civil projects.
• Should be completed full cycle of 2 projects.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Singapore as assistant project manager in large scale building or civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
