Project Manager
to lead HDB projects, particularly in
MSCP Improvement Works, Home Improvement Programme (HIP), and Enhancement for Active Seniors Lift Upgrading Programme (ELUP)
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and manage HDB projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Oversee site operations, coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Review technical drawings and resolve site/technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with HDB, BCA, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients.
Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on-site.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Having 3-5 years of proven experience in HDB projects
, particularly:
Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) Improvement Works
Home Improvement Programme (HIP)
Enhancement for Active Seniors / Lift Upgrading Programme (ELUP) Strong knowledge of HDB processes, regulations, and project requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
