Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Construction Project Manager (ACMV, M&E)

to lead and manage projects involving

Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV)

and

Cold Room Systems

. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project execution -- from planning and design to completion -- ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee projects related to

ACMV and Cold Room Systems

, ensuring timely and successful execution. Possess sound knowledge in the

design of air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems

,

refrigeration systems

, and

cold room systems

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets. Develop and manage

project plans, schedules, and budgets

, monitoring progress against key milestones. Conduct regular

site inspections

to ensure compliance with

quality standards

and

safety regulations

. Provide effective

leadership and guidance

to project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges while maintaining open communication with stakeholders. Perform

risk management

to minimize potential project risks. Interact and liaise with clients on a daily basis to ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications:

Minimum

Diploma in Engineering

or related discipline. Relevant

work experience within the construction industry

or a similar field. Strong

leadership

,

communication

, and

time management

skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency in

project management tools and software

. Possess a valid

Singapore Class 3 Driving License

.
