Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
Attend all meetings including consultant, technical and subcontractor.
Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.
Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
Responsible for the execution and successful completion of the project
Ensure the efficient use of resources and cost effectiveness
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Supervision and Management of the project team
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a Degree in engineering
Acquired relevant certifications in Singapore
Min. 5 years relevant Singapore experience
Experience in engineering and/or commissioning is preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD and be able to read drawings
Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in using the Internet, Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
Good planning ability and able to drive a strategy through their planning
Independent, highly motivated, strong sense of ownership and leadership
Team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external
