you join us in creating the most unique experiences, products and content for our collectors! The Job As a Project Manager for Meta, you will build and organise cross-functional teams to build a
web3-based ecosystem, encompassing collectible products and the platforms they’re based on.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of projects from start to finish. You will also
be responsible for ensuring your teams have a clear direction, efficient tools and processes, and
the most conducive environment to succeed together. You will report to the Senior Project
Manager, and work with a team of product owners, designers, developers, and community
managers. Responsibilities

• Work with Product Owners to clarify project scope and objectives, involve all relevant

stakeholders, and ensure resulting objectives are communicated and documented
clearly

• Build teams to accomplish objectives, advise on team capacity and structure, and

facilitate hiring when needed

• Ensure the cross-functional team is clear on project objectives, individual responsibilities,

deliverables, and timeline

• Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Define and proactively optimize the project pipeline and operational tools, balancing

consistency with other teams against autonomy to suit the team’s needs

• Drive agile routines for assigned teams (Planning, backlog refinement, daily standups,

reviews and retrospectives, etc.)

• Coordinate efforts with external partners and developers when necessary
• Facilitate change and risk management to ensure that options are clear and impact is

understood by all involved parties, leading problem solving efforts and proposing
solutions where needed

• Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and presenting relevant information for

various audiences, highlighting wins, challenges, and risks

• Monitor and maintain team morale, taking the lead in organizing team-building efforts
• Empower your cross-functional team to perform at their best and exercise ownership
• Foster a healthy, collaborative working environment for a diverse and talented team

Requirements

• 4-5 years’ experience in a Project Management role, ideally but not necessarily in the

technology or web3.0 space

• Ability and passion to create clarity and organization out of chaos, with minimal

supervision

• Knowledge of and experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Broad understanding of product development and dev ops
• Interest in art, urban culture and/or collectibles, combined with savvy in new technology
• Critical thinking and ability to drive discussions to discern root problems and find

solutions

• Calm, collected, and resilient in the face of changing priorities in a fast-paced

environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and confident manner with objective and

audience in mind

• Charisma and interpersonal skills to bring individual together and build a high-functioning

team

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (or similar tools) is a plus
