As the selected candidate, you will successfully manage multiple customer software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region through effective planning, scheduling and controlling. Travel is expected, both between company offices globally, as well as to various customer locations.This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team\xe2\x80\x99s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Position Responsibilities:Project Management: Applies extensive project management and customer experience while learning and adapting to Boeing and Jeppesen\xe2\x80\x99s best practices framework to deliver project goals.Schedule Management: Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths.Cross Functional Leadership: Provides leadership, direction and integrates activities with other departments, Boeing and Jeppesen vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support. Facilitation and roll out of Project Management best practices.Issue / Risk Management: Anticipates and identifies Risks and Issues that may impact implementation and develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions.Scope: Ensures the project remains focused on key objectives and goals. Develop and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas in Boeing and Jeppesen are engaged on the project.Communication Management: Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to internal and external stakeholders in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customer.Mindset: Discovers new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. Tries different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):7+ years of external customer Project Management experienceExperience managing complex software implementation projectsStrong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.Excellent external and internal communication skills (e.g., writing, presentation)Ability to travel 30% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor\'s degree or higher with degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, Science & Technology or equivalentExperience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent preferredAviation industry expertise, ideally in the area of crew management solutionsProficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project; Primavera experience is a plusOther job-related information:Benefits and pay are determined in line with Singapore labor market practices.
