• Singaporean/Singapore born with good professional English spoken and written skills
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science / computer engineering or a technology equivalent
• PMI PMP and SCRUM/Agile certifications are compulsory
• Program Management Certifications PgMP, MSP are good-to-have
• ITIL Certifications is good-to-have
• At least 8+ years of project management experience with 4 years in Infrastructure/Cloud projects and preferably 4 years in Software Development/API/Business Software SaaS/ETL/Data Migration/Analytics related projects environment
• Majority of Project Management experience from SI/Consultancy/Technology Product Vendor environments, not mostly from end-user environments
• Clients served: Singapore government, Singapore ministries, Singapore institutions, well-known Singapore commercial organizations from multiple industries.

Must-have Project Management Experience in one or more of these Infrastructure/Cloud areas:

• Cloud ecosystems - AWS, Azure, Huawei, Alibaba, Google
• On-premises technology (data centres, virtualization, hyper-converge, security)
• Infrastructure stack - x86, Windows, Linux, Unix, storage, CISCO, networks, WI-FI desktops/laptops/devices, servers, backup, system management solutions, security, tech refresh

Good-to-have Project Management Experience - Software:

• Software development, Mobile Development, Web Development, Analytics/Data Lake/Data Warehouse Development, Microservices, API
• SaaS business applications, ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Analytics projects (Tableau), ITSM systems (BMC, ServiceNow)
• Experience in implementing ITSM systems like ServiceNow
• Knowledge of ITSM processes - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Release Management

Early Career domain expertise skills

• Infrastructure hands-on setup/consultancy experience in early part of career (Operating system/database server/storage/backup/networking/cloud/Security/SaaS Business applications)
• Project Implementation experience as IT Engineer, Technology Consultant, Application Consultant, Business Analyst, Trainer, Developer in early part of Career
• Experience in pre-sales: prototype creation, demonstrations/functional, technical, project management presentations, answering tender documents in large Enterprise RFQ/RFP and government tenders as consultant, business analyst, engineer or Project Manager
