Project Management for office restructuring & movement
Ensure the restructuring & movement of the office is delivered to the agreed time, cost and quality criteria
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and processes
Structure the project with an overall plan and artefacts as defined by the stakeholders
Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, office access card, phone system, door system, lift, office renovation, and move, etc.
Point of contact (internal) for all building maintenance and office administration issues
To work with the workstream leads to ensure they are structured and supported
Support in other ad-hoc related work as assigned by management
About you
Min 5-7 years of experience in general administration or facilities management
Prior experience in managing office relocation / movement projects, and demonstrate understanding of project financial & operational costs
Strong communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills
Energetic and able to multitask
Able to deliver on predefined project scope & timeline
Able to work independently and as a team
