Job Description

\xef\x82\xb7 Pro-actively manage the planning, implementation and tracking of the product development / projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Define the scope of the project and collect user requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create a detailed project plan and allocate resources for the project.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure efficient and optimized use of all the allocated resources in the project consistently.
\xef\x82\xb7 Generate weekly status report to senior management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare comprehensive documentation for the project, which include but not limited to Scope of Works, Design Documents, Data Dictionary, Process Flowcharts, Test Documentation and User Manuals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support testing and quality control during the project.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a Risk / Issue Log so risks are pro-actively being mitigated and issues are resolved timely so project delivery KPIs are not affected. Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Solid international exposure and proven track record of clients\' project deliveries
\xef\x82\xb7 At least 7-year work experience in IT project management or software development is a MUST.
\xef\x82\xb7 Solid experience in payment, banking, financial services and related industries is preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is required.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of software development life cycle
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
