Contract- 1 Year
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, architects, BAs, QA) and manage stakeholder communication.
Oversee project planning, execution, and governance in line with Pega best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and track project performance.
Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and organizational standards.
Prepare status reports and ensure smooth handover post-implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in Pega implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Pega BPM/CRM platforms, methodologies, and SDLC processes.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Agile or Scrum project delivery.
Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA), Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), or PMP certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
