Job Description
Ubi * Salary$5,500 to $7,000 * Work WeekMonday to Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm & Saturday : 8.30 am to 12.30 pm * Min. QualificationDeg & above * Experience3 to 5 years * / RequirementResponsibilities
- To lead a project team and to oversee the entire process in project management
- To carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
- To coordinate & work closely with sub-contractors, client and consultants to ensure overall construction progress as according to project schedule
- To ensure quality, timely and smooth progress of works is achieved and government regulations are complied
- To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction, or its equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing Plumbing, Sanitary & Sewerage project, or working experience in Construction industry
- Certificate in BCA Plumbing & Pipefitting an added advantage
- Risk Management with minimum Bizsafe Level 2 (preferably)
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Good organization skills & communication skills (spoken & written)
