Project Manager (PMO) - Third-Party Risk Management
- Contract until 30 Jan 2025
- Office Location: East
- MNC Bank
- Project Management SG Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) project, around new MAS outsourcing guidelines and notices to ensure compliance with the Company\'s Program Management Council guidelines, procedures and reporting
- Document project plan, scope, including resource alignment and timelines
- Ensure PM Monitoring & Assessment results, risks, issues and dependencies are escalated and challenged as appropriate
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure program and project alignment to strategy and commitment
- Develop and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders
- Lead regular stakeholder updates
- Degree with 5-7 years of experience in a PMO environment and background in project management
- Impeccable time management and able to support multiple priorities
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and can collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and \'no surprises\' approach in communicating issues/requests
- Third party vendor management preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global team effort
