Clearly delineate the scope and objectives of each project.
Create a comprehensive project plan to effectively oversee and manage progress.
Handle changes to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Evaluate project progress, produce summaries, and raise concerns to management as needed.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with external stakeholders and vendors.
